The free crew app: badge, schedule, tasks and travel on the phone.

• Rotating QR badge for the gate, the crew’s credentials, and passes other companies issue them (a festival, a promoter), each with its own rotating code.
• Run of show and day sheet, synced to the phone calendar, with the venue’s weather.
• Tasks from the office, travel, timecard and incident reports.
• A Judging tab for judges at an ActionOps event. Score each run with the comp’s own criteria, and see the run score once the panel is in.

• Today: what is on today, the next shows and your open tasks.
• Every show’s advance answers, day sheet, guest list, crew and travel; the day sheet and guest list can be edited on the road.
• The crew directory and the tour’s tasks.
• Signatures: follow documents out for signature, remind signers, and read and share the signed copy.
• Inbox, notifications and two-factor sign-in. Anything else opens in the web app.

GigOps Scan

The gate scanner: verify credentials online or offline, and log every scan.

• Turns an iPhone or iPad into a gate. The verdict comes in words, color and sound (granted, wrong zone, void, expired), so the guard does not have to look at the screen.
• Keeps working without signal from the pass list it last synced. That list cannot be turned into a working pass, even from a lost phone.
• Locks to one zone behind a PIN or the guard’s own badge. Looks up a pass holder by name when a pass will not scan.
• Every scan reaches the office scan log, uploaded when the signal returns. A festival-owned device connects with a scanner link, no account needed.
