GigOps.AI was built by someone who has run tours and shows since 2012, so a date changes once, not in every spreadsheet.
I'm Graham Sauser. I have worked in live and touring entertainment since 2012. I have led tours and produced shows in nearly every major arena and stadium in the USA and Canada. As Director of International Touring for a family entertainment company, I produced arena and stadium shows in more than 25 countries. Along the way I have worked in music, festivals, motorsports and SailGP.
Graham Sauser on LinkedIn ↗There was no complete platform for our industry that could be shaped to the way each company works. So the work lived in a stack of spreadsheets and documents. Every time a date moved or a crew name changed, each one had to be updated by hand.
I built GigOps to be one place for all of it. The data lives once, laid out for the way each person needs to use it. Change a date or a crew name once, and the schedule, the day sheet and the crew lists read the new one. Much of the double entry we do after every change is gone.

A date, a venue or a crew member lives in one place, and every view in GigOps reads it from there.
Five products on one platform, and a Company Admin can set each module to edit, view or off, per person or for the whole company.
Advance, hold, day sheet, settlement, will-call. GigOps uses the industry's words, not software words.
7-day free trial. Company Users are $39 per user / month. View only seats are $0. Crew are always free.
Leave your name and email, and we'll reply the same week to set up a walkthrough of the product that fits.
