Wristbands

Wristbands tracks bulk wristband batches for a festival or event, one batch per tier (GA, VIP, Artist, Crew...), from ordering through production, delivery and distribution, with quantities and cost. In the left menu, under Festival (Event in ActionOps), choose Wristbands. Pick the festival or event in the panel above the menu first.

It is in FestivalOps and ActionOps. Owners, Company Admins, Managers, Ops and Coordinators can edit; Finance, Legal and View only seats do not see it. Individual named passes are issued in Credentials, not here.

How do I add a wristband batch?

1. Open Wristbands and choose Add batch.
2. Type the Batch name (required), for example "GA Weekend".
3. Pick the Tier (GA, VIP, Artist, Crew, Vendor, Sponsor, Press, Child or Other), the Type (RFID, Fabric, Vinyl, Silicone, Paper or Other) and the Status.
4. Optionally set the Day scope (for example "Weekend" or "Fri") and a Color.
5. Enter the quantities Ordered, Received and Distributed, the Unit cost and the Supplier.
6. Add any Notes and choose Add batch.

How do I update a batch as it moves along?

Use the status list on the batch's card to move it through Planned, Ordered, In production, Shipped, Received, Distributing and Complete (or Cancelled). The change saves straight away. To update quantities, choose Open on the card (or click the card), change Received or Distributed, and choose Save.

How do I see how many wristbands are left?

Each batch card shows Ordered, Received and Distributed, and how many are left (received minus distributed), with a bar for how much has gone out. The totals at the top of the page add up Ordered, Received and Distributed across all batches that are not cancelled, and Cost is the received quantity times the unit cost.

How do I find a batch quickly?

Use the All tier and All status filters above the list to show one tier or one status. Clear both to see every batch again.

How do I delete a wristband batch?

Choose Open on the batch, then Delete, and confirm. To keep the record but stop counting it, set its status to Cancelled instead; cancelled batches are left out of the totals.

Why does Wristbands say "Select a festival first"?

Wristband batches belong to one festival or event. Pick it in the panel above the left menu, then open Wristbands again.

Why can't I see Wristbands?

Wristbands is only in FestivalOps and ActionOps, and it is not shown to Finance, Legal or View only seats unless a Company Admin gives them access in Users & access. It is also switched off with Credentials if a GigOps Admin turned credentials off for your company.
