Reports
Reports
Reports is one place for every report. In the left menu, under Reports, choose Reports. The top runs a report on the spot; below it, In their modules links the reports that live in other parts of GigOps. You only see what your access covers: a money report needs the module it reads (Budget or Settlement), and a card only shows when you can open its module.
How do I run a report?
- Under Run a report, pick the Report, a Tour (or All tours) and the Dates (choose Custom dates to set your own).
- Choose Run. The totals show first, then the rows.
- Choose Download CSV to take it to a spreadsheet, or Save or schedule… to keep it with its filters and have it emailed (this opens the CFO view's saved report window, filled in).
Which reports run here?
- Tour P&L, Settlement summary and Ticket counts and pace, the same as the CFO view's saved reports.
- Budget drift: how the budget and what is committed against it moved day by day, from a snapshot GigOps takes every day. History starts the first day the snapshot ran; there is nothing from before that.
- Settlement vs budget: each cost line of every locked settlement, what it was budgeted at against what it settled for, largest difference first. A line the settlement did not change settled at its quote, a real zero.
- Travel footprint: per traveller, the flights, an estimated distance flown, hotel nights, car days and an estimated CO2e. A flight's distance comes from its departure and arrival times and time zones; a flight without them is counted but adds no distance. It carries no money, so anyone who can open Travel can run it.
What is under "In their modules"?
Saved and scheduled reports and the Report builder (CFO view), the Portfolio P&L and variance (CFO view), Settlements, Budget, Counts, Ticketing, Analytics, Payroll and Debriefs, each opening where it lives. A card is missing when that module is not part of your access or your product.
Why is a report missing from the list?
The money reports follow the money modules: Ops and Coordinator seats do not see Budget or Settlement by default, so Budget drift, Settlement vs budget and the P&L stay off their list. A Company Admin can change a person's access in Users & access.
