Shows calendar
The Shows calendar shows every show across your Markets in the state it is in: offer out, hold, confirmed, on sale, past due for settlement or settled. It also places offers that are out with an agent on their dates. In the left menu, under Plan, choose Shows calendar. It is part of PromoterOps only, and every seat at a promoter company can read it.
How do I switch between the month view and a list in the Shows calendar?
- In the left menu, under Plan, choose Shows calendar.
- Choose Month for a month grid, or List for a list.
In Month, use the arrows to go to the previous or next month, and Today to come back to this month. A day with many shows shows the first four and "+ more". In List, shows are grouped into Upcoming (by month), No date yet and Past.
What do the states in the Shows calendar mean?
- Offer out: an offer for the date is with the agent.
- Hold: the date is held at the venue, or the show's status is a hold. A ranked hold shows as H1, H2 and so on.
- Confirmed: the show is confirmed, booked from an accepted offer, or confirmed by the venue.
- On sale: confirmed and its on-sale date has come.
- Past due settlement: the show has played and is not settled yet.
- Settled: the settlement is locked.
- Date passed: the date went by without the show being confirmed.
- Cancelled and Pending cover the rest.
The state is worked out for you from the show, its venue booking, its offers, its on-sale date and its settlement.
How do I filter the Shows calendar?
- Use All Markets, All venues and All artists at the top to narrow the calendar.
- Choose one of the state chips (for example Hold or Past due settlement) to see only shows in that state. Each chip shows how many there are in the month. Choose it again to clear it.
- Choose Clear filters to show everything again.
How do I open a show or an offer from the Shows calendar?
Choose it on the calendar or in the list. A show opens its show page in its Market. An offer that is out opens in Offers. Hover over a show on the month grid to see its artist, venue, state and whether it is linked to a tour.
Why is there an offer on a date with no show in the Shows calendar?
An offer that is out with an agent and is not tied to a show yet sits on its date as Offer out until it is accepted. When the agent accepts, the offer becomes the show and the calendar shows the show instead. A show that already exists and has an offer out also gets an Offer out tag.
Seats that cannot read Offers (Ops and Coordinator by default) see the shows and their states, but not the offers.
What do "Linked with" and "Link waiting" mean in the Shows calendar?
In the List view, a show linked to a tour on GigOps shows Linked with and the tour's company name. Link waiting means a link has been asked for and not answered yet. Open the show to work the link.
How do I add a show to the Shows calendar?
Shows land on the calendar from your Markets: add a show to a Market, book an offer, hold a date at a venue, or accept a tour's link request. When the calendar is empty, you can choose Add a show there.
